1. Agreement to Terms

By using Deaf Pickleball Brackets ("DPB") at deafpickleballbrackets.com, you agree to these Terms. DPB is operated by PickleUnlimited ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

DPB provides tournament creation, registration, bracket management, and live scoring for the Deaf pickleball community. Tournament Directors create and manage events; players register, compete, and view results. Match results may be shared with Deaf Pickleball Ratings (DPR) for rating calculations.

3. Accounts

Your DPB account is a PickleUnlimited account — it works across DPR, DPB, and DPL. You are responsible for maintaining account security. Provide accurate information.

4. Tournament Directors

Tournament Directors ("TDs") are responsible for the accuracy of event information, fair bracket management, and proper score entry. TDs must have an approved application on file. DPB may suspend TD privileges for misconduct or repeated inaccuracies.

5. Payments and Refunds

Tournament registration fees are processed via Stripe. Refund policies are set by each Tournament Director and displayed during registration. DPB charges a per-event service fee. Payment disputes should be directed to the TD first, then to DPB support.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not submit false tournament results
• Do not register under a false identity
• Do not interfere with live tournament operations
• Do not harass players, TDs, or staff

7. Privacy

Your use of DPB is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts for violations. You may request account closure by contacting us. Tournament results and bracket data are retained for community integrity.

9. Limitation of Liability

DPB is provided "as is." We are not liable for tournament outcomes, scheduling conflicts, or payment disputes between players and TDs. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
